Lead Pastor

Pastor Julie has been in ministry for 28 years, serving the Central Valley. She loves being the lead pastor at Tulare Church and seeing God transform lives. She and her husband, Jim, have been married for 40 years and they have raised two sons. When not at church or studying, Pastor Julie enjoys any kind of travel, but especially camping and riding two wheels with Jim.

Office Manager

Robin is a vital part of the Tulare Church family and makes sure everything happens the way it's supposed to. She is passionate about prayer and leads the prayer team. There is exponential power when God's people pray!
